Each of our 6 air-conditioned guest rooms features a full bath and a unique theme and décor. Although each room is unique, they all share a cozy and inviting feel that you won’t find anywhere else in Maine. You haven’t slept so well in years. In the morning, a delicious full breakfast awaits you—often featuring ingredients from the inn’s herb garden or from the local blueberry fields.

Rates are per room including a full breakfast and use of our canoes and kayaks.

High Season (July 1st – Columbus Day)
$139 per night double occupancy
$10 per additional person

Mid Season (Columbus Day - November 30th and May 1st - June 30th)
$115 per night double occupancy
$10 per additional person

Winter Season (December 1st - April 30th)
$95 per night double occupancy
$10 per additional person

Standard Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be secured with a credit card number or a check for at least one night's charges. If you must cancel your reservation, you need to notify us fourteen (14) days prior to your confirmed arrival date. If you cancel your reservation with less than 14 days notice you are responsible for the room charges for the entire length of your stay.

High Season Extended Stay Policy (5 nights or more)
Reservations for 5 nights or more require an advance deposit of 50%, payable at time of reservation. The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. Any changes to reservation must be made 90 days prior to arrival in order to receive full refund. Cancellations received less than 90 days prior to arrival will only be refunded if the rooms can be rebooked.
